Rt. 80 Overturned TT in Budd Lake
In the Early morning hours of May 19, 2011 Fire and Rescue units from Budd Lake were dispatched to Rt. 80 West at MM 23.8 for the MVA with injuries and a fuel spill. Upon arrival of the units a tractor-trailer was on its side on top of a guardrail and leaking diesel fuel. The driver and passenger were not hurt and refused medical treatment. Squad 56 put down speedy dry and secured the truck, county Haz-mat was also on scene and a tow company was dispatched and State Police determined that the truck would be removed after rush hour was over. Units returned within an hour. Photo's by Kevin MaloneyRead More
